For the nightly Festival of Lights, the place to be is Kowloon. When there wasn't zero visibility because of fog, the view from our room in Kowloon towards Hong Kong Island was jaw dropping! At promptly 8pm the city shows out! (Sometimes it doesn't show up because of the fog!). Last night we had front row seats of Victoria Harbour while we dined at Yan Toh Heen.
