Ngorongoro Crater

Today, once again, we had an early wakeup call. The sun rise over the crater was something to behold! How anyone can believe that all of this happened by chance bests me!!! The trip down the crater is not for someone with a bad back! It was beautiful watching all the creatures wake up! We enjoyed having a picnic breakfast on the crater floor followed by a tailgate lunch on the crater floor, too. We saw 10 lions today which was fun. We also got to watch a cheeta stalk a gazelle, chase it...and miss it! It was a fun but really dusty day! We leave tomorrow for Singita Saskawa. Looking forward to it! I kind of think this is a one time is a must...but one time will do you kind of place!
